Adecco is partnering with a leading client in Rutland, VT, to find skilled Plastics Maintenance Technicians for immediate placement. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team dedicated to innovation and quality in the plastics manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the operational performance of various machinery within the plastics facility, ensuring optimal functionality and safety.

  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems on production and packaging equipment using a broad range of maintenance tools.

  • Collaborate with technical support teams to install and commission new equipment, ensuring seamless integration and operation.

  • Read and interpret work orders, perform scheduled maintenance, and document all service activities accurately through detailed reports.
