Responsibilities for Industrial Services Process Engineer include but are not limited to:

ยท Lead process design, analysis, troubleshooting, and optimization for utilities systems (boilers, steam, cooling, water & wastewater treatment).

ยท Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying inefficiencies, performing root cause analysis, and implementing corrective actions (DMAIC, RCA).

ยท Develop and maintain technical documentation including SOPs, P&IDs, control narratives, operating procedures, and compliance records.

ยท Support capital projects and commissioning activities from design review to start-up, ensuring systems meet performance, quality, and reliability targets.

ยท Act as a technical subject matter expert, providing training, guidance, and cross-functional support to operations, maintenance, and engineering teams.

Candidates for Industrial Services Process Engineer must meet the following requirements to be considered:

ยท Bachelorโ€™s degree in Chemical, Mechanical, or related Engineering field.

ยท 3โ€“8+ years of experience in process engineering, utilities systems, or water/wastewater treatment within industrial/manufacturing environments.

ยท Strong knowledge of utility systems (steam, boilers, cooling, water treatment, reverse osmosis, wastewater processes).

ยท Experience with process improvement, commissioning, troubleshooting, and project execution.

ยท Proficiency in data analysis, root cause analysis, and control systems (PLC/DCS), along with strong documentation and communication skills.
