Job Description:
The Agency Development Director is a position within the sales organization that will be responsible for coordinating resources and driving account growth for one or more Holding Company Groups and their agency OpCos. As an Agency Development Director lead in North America, you will engage with client teams throughout the organization from senior leadership, media traders and planners to product leads and executives. You will own regional revenue forecasts and be responsible for helping regional teams exceed their projections. You will help drive our approach to global success. You will be at the heart of our agency operations and a crucial part of our Global Agency Development team. Superior communication and project management skills are an absolute must to be successful in this position.
What you will get to do
  • Effectively present and communicate the IAS value proposition to agency leadership and stakeholders
  • Leverage white space analysis to drive agency-wide training and product adoption; and lead through scaled engagements in a one-to-many approach (i.e. lunch & learns, product roadshows, etc.)
  • Drive impactful engagements with stakeholders across the agency OpCo's; garnering deeper level of contact penetration/alignment while building, managing, & maintaining agency client maps
  • Certify ad operations, programmatic teams across the agency OpCo's for the IAS Expert Program
  • Collaborate with global sales teams to introduce relationships at various agency levels to strategically and thoughtfully achieve revenue goals
  • Facilitate intros, meetings and entertainment for key prospects within the agency OpCo's

Responsibilities:
  • Develop strategic relationships with the Agency OpCo leadership including Ad Operations, Social, Programmatic and Search teams.
  • Manage and improve executive relationships as well as senior management at the agency OpCo's
  • Support business planning, forecasting and revenue growth for the Holding Company Group and focused on the Agency OpCos
  • Coordinate activity across sales teams (Platform, BD, Agency) to be the central point of contact for the Holding Group and their Agency OpCos
  • Partner with the Global Agency Development team and regional sales leadership to identify opportunities and strategies to enter into strategic commercials with key agencies both regionally and locally
  • Provides detailed feedback to Product and Technology teams on feature and functionality development needed to capture additional market share
  • Shares trends and insights and IAS product updates and case studies with client partners and customers

Requirements:
  • Your depth of experience will come from either Agency side, AdTech or Platform
  • 8-10 years of experience selling digital media, ad tech or digital research solutions
  • Deep working knowledge of digital media landscape
  • Senior level relationships with Agency and Holding Company Executives
  • Experience in media buying, trading, or a similar role within the advertising industry
  • Strong financial acumen with ability to analyze profitability of a long-term partnership
  • Highly skilled in structuring and negotiating complex agreements and leading internal groups to orchestrate and successfully complete deals

IAS Pay Transparency:
The annualized base salary ranges for the primary location, and any additional locations are listed below. Our pay ranges are based on the work location. As part of IAS compensation package, we offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes paid time off, health insurance (medical, dental, vision) as well as PPO, HSA and FSA options and 401k with employer matching contributions. All full-time employee roles include competitive compensation and are eligible for an annual bonus and/or other incentive plans. Each candidate's compensation package is based on multiple factors, but not limited to, geography, experience, skills, job duties, and business need.
