Are you passionate about helping new business owners succeed? Farmers Insurance District 40 is seeking a driven and strategic Agency Business Consultant to mentor and support our newest agencies as they lay the groundwork for growth.
About the Role
As an Agency Business Consultant, you will be a trusted advisor to new agency owners, assisting them with business planning, sales strategy development, and best practice implementation. You'll have a unique opportunity to directly impact the success of multiple start-up agencies and further your own growth in a leadership-focused environment.
