compensation: $25/hour to start + performance bonuses and commission opportunities

Employment Type: Full-time

Hours: Approximately 35–40 hours/week, primarily Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend events

We are looking for an exceptional front desk professional who can create a high-level patient experience while keeping the day-to-day operations of the front office organized, accurate, and efficient.

The Role

As our Front Desk Receptionist & Patient Experience Coordinator, you will be one of the first and most important points of contact for our patients.

Your primary responsibility is to make patients feel genuinely welcomed and cared for while ensuring that scheduling, communication, payments, documentation, and front-office systems are handled accurately and efficiently.

This is a busy clinic, so the ideal person can be warm and personable while also staying focused, concise, organized, and productive.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in patients with warmth, professionalism, and genuine care
  • Answer incoming calls and communicate clearly and confidently with prospective and existing patients
  • Schedule appointments and help maintain an organized and efficient patient schedule
  • Check patients out, process invoices, and collect payments accurately
  • Maintain accurate patient information and front-office records
  • Follow established scripts, checklists, policies, and operating procedures
  • Follow up with patients and prospective patients as directed
  • Help maintain smooth patient flow throughout the clinic
  • Prepare treatment rooms, change linens, restock supplies, and help maintain an organized and professional clinic environment
  • Provide appropriate support to practitioners and the clinical team as needed
  • Assist with administrative responsibilities and occasional special projects

Occasional Growth & Outreach Opportunities

The primary focus of this position is the front desk and patient experience.

There may also be opportunities to participate in:

  • Community health events
  • Runs, races, and wellness fairs
  • Patient outreach and follow-up
  • Lead follow-up
  • Community networking
  • Other marketing or business-development activities

These activities are secondary to the core front-desk responsibilities and may occasionally take place on weekends.
