 Do you have a natural Sales Acumen? Do you enjoy working with others to provide solutions?  If so, we are offering an exciting career opportunity for a Residential Account Manager Trainee at our Branch in Warminster.

Start your professional Sales Career by learning our business as a Counter Sales Associate.  Then move into an Inside/Outside role to learn our products, customers, marketing and selling tools to prepare you for the Residential Account Manager role. Our goal is to have you in a sales territory within one year.


Counter Sales

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Fields incoming customer calls, assists walk-in and will-call customers with product or service inquiries.
  • Provides product recommendations and/or quotes to customers; enters sales orders into Eclipse for processing.
  • Assists Account Manager(s) in overall growth of designated branch territory by understanding and acting on sales initiatives as directed.
  • Assists account manager(s) with promoting equipment and accessory specials, as well as product launch and re-launch events.
  • Solicits potential /current accounts for orders based upon call lists supplied by Account Manager(s)/Marketing.
  • Attends all training and development opportunities assigned by Branch Manager.
  • Captures new customer leads in Salesforce.
  • Performs required amount of outbound calls on a daily basis.

In the Residential Account Manager Role, you will be able to demonstrate your sales acumen by prospecting and signing new equipment dealers, growing the current dealer base and expanding sales in an assigned territory.

  • Profitable Sales Growth-Develop annual Territory Plan in conjunction with Regional Manager; define sales strategies and action plans for identified target accounts and prospects within the territory, including establishing new residential dealers and light commercial contractor accounts, growing sales volume with current accounts, and maximizing share of customers’ equipment spend.

·        Relationship Management-Ensure personal face-to-contact and continuous improvement of rapport and productive relationships with decision makers in all classes of customers and prospects in the assigned territory.

·        Dealer Conversion-Manage through completion the process to convert dealers to company equipment brands and ensures achievement of all related internal and external deliverables, including assignment of pricing, dealer levels, services, and training.

·        Communication-Monitors market trends in the territory; advises Residential Sales Manager of opportunities, threats, and related recommended actions.

·        Reporting-Monitors, analyzes, & communicates KPIs; prepares and submits to Residential Sales Manager periodic reports to document progress against the Territory Sales Plan

     Education and/or Experience:

    • Two or four year college degree
    • Minimum of 2 years of customer service or sales experience
    • Valid Class “C” Driver’s License with good driving record.
    • Technical Aptitude

    Computer Skills:

    • To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, and Outlook and be capable of becoming proficient in the use of Eclipse software and Sales Force CRM.
