I am seeking an accounting technician for a manufacturing company located in Terrebonne.
Under the supervision of the controller, your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing the invoicing process and processing incoming payments
  • Monitoring accounts receivable and assisting with collection activities
  • Setting up customer accounts and assessing creditworthiness during account openings
  • Perform account reconciliations and record financial transactions
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of periodic tax returns (GST/QST)
  • Prepare management reports and contribute to financial analyses
  • Provide operational support to the accounting team with day-to-day tasks
