Job description

The On-Site Accounting Specialist supports the financial health of the organization by managing complex accounting functions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and delivering accurate, timely financial reporting. This role oversees general ledger activities, reconciliations, monthend close processes, and financial analysis specific to healthcare operations, costcenter performance and assisting the CFO with Ad Hoc reporting. Assisting with Accounts Payable and other finance related tasks.

  • Associates/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

  • 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in a healthcare environment

  • Strong understanding of GAAP, healthcare revenue cycle, and costcenter accounting

  • Experience with general ledger management, reconciliations, and monthend close
