Account Management Specialist LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring an Account Management Specialist for our client located in Northeast Portland. This position will be 100% onsite, and a full-time, 3-month contract opportunity. This position will be focused on supporting businesses that are utilizing our client's services with any account questions, paperwork, and/or other necessary inquiries. This role will provide the highest level of customer experience to these businesses and act as the liaison for any needs. This will be a fast-paced position, as our client is rapidly growing throughout the area and interested candidates must feel comfortable adapting to multiple tasks throughout the day, prioritizing deadlines and urgent matters. Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Minimum 3 years account management/customer service/B2B experience
  • Must be proficient working within Microsoft Office and CRM database systems
  • Excellent communication skills, especially phone etiquette
  • Can work well independently and prioritize different tasks throughout the day
  • Able to work well under pressure and strategically resolve issues
