Account Executive
Hybrid Ketchikan, Sitka or Juneau Alaska
Part time 9-5 Some weekends and evenings required

JOB SUMMARY
The Account Executive will serve as a liaison between clients and Guardian Flight. This Account Executive is responsible for ensuring positive client relations, high customer service standards, maximizing services at each facility and the identification of new and potential business. The Account Executive may also have additional responsibilities for designated large accounts.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES
  • Initiate and maintain routine contacts (to include visits, phone calls, and virtual meetings) to existing clients to ensure smooth working relationships.
  • Build / retain solid relationships with personnel at various healthcare facilities and EMS agencies to promote services and assist in the identification of new business opportunities and operational enhancements to existing contracts.
  • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations to evaluate, develop, and respond to Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Work with Operations, Business Development teams, and the Communication Center to develop and implement Service plans.
  • Responsible for the gathering of information regarding competition and have thorough understanding of competitors in assigned Market Area.
  • Work with Business Development in developing effective communication and marketing material.
  • Demonstrate a professional approach to creating value and gaining confidence in Guardian Flight's services from customers.
  • Assist operations in the development of systems that encourage feedback from crews regarding barriers in service and service incidents.
  • Works with Business Development to create and implement an aggressive Operational Growth & Customer Retention (OGCR) plan.
  • Respond to, document and ensure follow up to all service inquiries received from internal and external customers in a timely and thorough manner.
  • Participate in new employee orientation regarding the importance and goals of Guardian Flight's Customer Service Policies/Procedure
  • Travel within the assigned region is required. Overnight travel to attend conferences, trade shows, and meetings may be required.
  • Community engagement -Identifying and represent Guardian at community events and with stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS: Education and Related Work Experience
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • Emergency Medical Services (EMS) or healthcare experience preferred.
  • Combination of education and experience related to customer service in healthcare which may be considered as Licenses, Registrations or Certifications
  • Valid state drivers' license and must be able to continuously meet GMR's Driver Qualification Standards
