  • Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and craft personalized messaging to drive engagement

  • Actively listen to uncover prospect pain points and position ChurnZero as the solution to their challenges

  • Partner closely with Account Executives, Marketing, and Sales Leadership to optimize outreach campaigns

  • Maintain accurate activity tracking, opportunity notes, and data hygiene in Salesforce
