Key Responsibilities

  • Owns AGS Spares Repair Product from end to end
    • Monitor and measure Repair Product performance
    • Understand the customer landscape and buying processes
    • Work collaboratively across the division and field teams to ensure product performance meets/exceeds customer expectations
    • All relevant KPIs and Financial targets associated Repair Product
  • Manage all changes to the product after product release
    • Identifies, suggests and implements CIP (Continuous Improvement Projects) to enhance the performance of the Repair Product to meet and exceed customers' expectations and maintain profitability for Applied Materials

Functional Knowledge

  • Demonstrates depth and/or breadth of expertise in Applied Materials Spare Parts, Repair Products and processes
  • Fundamental knowledge of the Semiconductor Industry Wafer FAB Equipment Manufacturing

Business Expertise

  • Interprets internal/external business challenges and recommends best practices to improve products, processes or services
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Analytical skills required to review large data sets, form conclusions, drive actionable insights in support of Repair Product

Leadership

  • May lead functional teams or projects with moderate resource requirements, risk, and/or complexity

Problem Solving

  • Leads others to solve complex problems; use sophisticated analytical thought to exercise judgment and identify innovative solutions

Impact

  • Supports product in alignment with strategic goals
  • Product focal and subject matter expert for respective products, available to entire organization for product support as needed

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
