Job description

Function: Program Product Mgmt
Sub-function: Program Coordinator
Overview: Strong background in product management, adept at negotiation, and capable of leading cross-functional teams to meet value stream objectives, with excellent communication, marketing, and technical skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and executes negotiation and proposal plans and strategies for assigned projects in collaboration with value stream program manager
  • Leads cross-functional project teams to identify execution roadblocks to ensure delivery of programmatic commitments
  • Identifies issues, tracks progress, and ensures follows- through on corrective actions, DMRs and customer requests
  • Organizes interdepartmental activities to ensure projects completion on schedule and within budget
  • Prepares and presents project status reports to leadership as needed.
  • Leads team in forecasting build plans, delivery plans and yearly value stream forecasts
  • Reviews daily, weekly, and monthly customer commitments and works with operations managers and Production Control to track, schedule and drive production commitments through delivery
  • Works with and attends customer meetings to support Program Manager with customer requests
  • May be required to travel

  • Possess exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Demonstrated relationship management, enabling the development and maintenance of strong, positive relationships with stakeholders, creating weekly delivery schedules and clearly communicating weekly goals
  • Exhibit strong decision-making abilities, characterized by making sound, proactive choices that drive success
  • Possess excellent negotiation skills, with a proven ability to achieve win-win solutions.
  • Ability to evaluate quality of work product to ensure satisfaction of customer requirements
  • Ability to identify issues, track progress, and follow through on effective corrective actions based on data analysis and trends
  • Ability to lead teams in matrix organization to achieve schedule, cost, and technical performance objectives
  • Ability to track work accomplished to baseline plans to ensure rate of work completion is sufficient to meet schedules
  • Ability to understand and analyze value stream financial data.
  • Understanding of the fundamentals of risk and opportunity management and ability to apply them to projects and suppliers
  • Supports the development and execution bids through production execution
