Job description

Overview

CTG is seeking to fill an Identity Access Analyst II opening for our client. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented identity and access management professional with experience supporting enterprise access provisioning, troubleshooting user access issues, and maintaining compliance with security and audit standards.

Location: Buffalo, NY
Duration: 8 months

Key Responsibilities
  • Provision and manage user access requests across enterprise systems and applications.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve identity and access-related issues.
  • Support application access re-certifications and audit activities.
  • Ensure timely completion of access requests within established SLAs.
  • Collaborate with Role Engineering and technical teams to research and resolve provisioning issues.
  • Maintain compliance with SOX controls, risk policies, and internal security standards.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members as needed.
Required Skills & Experience
  • Minimum 1 year of identity and access management experience.
  • Experience with:
    • Active Directory
    • CyberArk
    • Microsoft Entra
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with SOX (Sarbanes-Oxley Act) compliance requirements.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of identity and access management experience.
  • Relevant IT or security certifications preferred.
