Role: IAM Google Duo with Delinea Previously called as ThycoticCentrify
Location: -No Location constraint. Need to visit nearby HCL office Hybrid

Exp: 10+yrs 

Experience in L3 support of IAM for a minimum of 10+ years, Implementation and Support for complex IAM solutions for large-scale customers across various industry verticals. Play active role in the execution of the project and demonstrate strong technical leadership. Demonstrate the capabilities in understanding the client’s business environment, map the requirements into IAM solutions, and proactively suggest alternatives as and when required 

**IAM Google Duo with Delinea**

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage user access provisioning and de-provisioning for Google Duo (MFA)
  • Configure and support Duo authentication policies, enrolments, and integrations
  • Handle PAM operations using Delinea (Secret Server / Privileged Access)
  • Perform account onboarding, password rotation, and privileged access management
  • Execute access requests, approvals, and modifications via Jira/ServiceNow
  • Monitor and resolve access and authentication issues
  • Maintain audit logs, compliance, and reporting
  • Support integration with IAM systems, directories (AD/Azure AD), and applications

Required Skills:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Duo (MFA provisioning & support)
  • Experience with Delinea (Secret Server / PAM tools)
  • Strong understanding of IAM concepts (Provisioning, RBAC, SSO, MFA)
  • Experience with Active Directory / Azure AD
  • Familiarity with ticketing tools (Jira/ServiceNow)
