Become a Key Player as a Provisioning Analyst

You will ensure customers receive timely and accurate account provisioning and billing support, directly impacting customer activation and retention for the organization. Youโ€™ll collaborate with stakeholders across Product Delivery Operations, Sales, Customer Care, Engineering, Order Management and Marketing to resolve exceptions and streamline provisioning. This is a Hybrid role โ€” onsite required 3 days a week (Tues/Wed/Thurs).

Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Create and manage new customer accounts, link solution accounts to cloud organizations, enable features and user access, and perform upgrades/renewals, suspensions and terminations
  • Review contracts to validate fulfillment requests for provisioning
  • Develop and maintain provisioning guidelines and work instructions to ensure consistent fulfillment
  • Monitor and prioritize daily requests, manage backlogs, and complete requests within SLA
  • Coordinate multiple requests, analyze data to inform decision-makers, and select solutions for complex problems
  • Maintain SharePoint databases and internal dashboards with accurate provisioning data
  • Manage transfer billing and perform billing ID remaps; track and upload billing changes
  • Liaise closely with Program Management and other teams to handle exceptions and out-of-process requests
  • Represent the organization professionally in internal and external interactions
