SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead structured requirements elicitation activities including workshops, interviews, and working sessions with customer stakeholders.
  • Facilitate discussions to uncover business goals, pain points, constraints, and success criteria, ensuring alignment across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Document and validate functional and non-functional requirements, business rules, assumptions, and dependencies.
  • Translate business requirements into implementation-ready artifacts such as process flows, requirements and user stories.

  • Perform system configuration aligned to approved requirements and Accela best practices.
  • Partner with technical, data, and integration teams to define, clarify, and coordinate technical requirements and dependencies.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring intent, constraints, and impacts are clearly understood.
  • Guide customers toward standard solutions and best practices while balancing business needs, scope, and technical considerations.
  • Collaborate with Project Managers to manage scope, identify risks early, and support informed decision-making.
  • Support testing and validation activities including UAT planning, defect triage, and resolution coordination.
  • Contribute to go-live readiness activities by validating configuration completeness, business process alignment, and operational readiness.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong background in business analysis, requirements elicitation, and stakeholder facilitation within complex implementation projects.
  • Experience developing and using business process flows (e.g., current-state and future-state) to facilitate stakeholder alignment and support solution design.
  • Hands-on experience configuring enterprise software solutions based on discovery requirements.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional technical teams.
  • Experience documenting requirements using industry-standard techniques such as process modeling, use cases, or user stories.
  • Ability to think conceptually while maintaining attention to detail in configuration and documentation.
  • Proven problem-solving skills with the ability to recommend practical, best-practice solutions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence and guide both business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working within defined project scope and supporting change control discussions.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder delivery environments.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
