Accela Healthcare is looking for a motivated Regional Facilities Maintenance Assistant to support painting, drywall, and facility improvement projects across multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation centers throughout New Jersey and the Greater Philadelphia area.
Whether you already have painting or construction experience or you're eager to learn from experienced professionals, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your skills with a stable and expanding healthcare organization.

What You'll Do
  • Assist with interior painting, patching, and finishing projects
  • Help prepare walls and surfaces by cleaning, sanding, patching, and priming
  • Assist with drywall repairs, spackling, taping, and finishing
  • Move furniture and prepare work areas before projects begin
  • Load, unload, and organize tools, equipment, and materials
  • Maintain clean and safe job sites
  • Travel between regional healthcare facilities to assist with scheduled projects
  • Perform other maintenance and facility improvement tasks as assigned
Qualifications
  • Construction, painting, maintenance, or general labor experience preferred
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Positive attitude and dependable attendance
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Comfortable using hand and power tools or willing to learn
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on ladders when necessary
  • Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
