Job Summary:
Info Way Solutions is seeking a Project Manager for the Accela Civic Platform implementation. The role involves leading the deployment of a business licensing system, ensuring compliance with regulations, and coordinating with various stakeholders and teams.
Responsibilities:
โ€ข Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, timeline, and resource allocation.
โ€ข Ensure the project stays within scope, and timeline constraints.
โ€ข Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders and leadership
โ€ข Lead the configuration and deployment of Accela Civic Platform for Business Licensing.
โ€ข Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to migrate data from legacy systems.
โ€ข Customize Accela workflows, scripting, and integrations to meet agency needs.
โ€ข Act as the primary liaison between IT, Business Licensing, and Accela consultants.
โ€ข Facilitate meetings, workshops, and training sessions for end-users.
โ€ข Provide onsite and virtual training for licensing staff.
โ€ข Ensure smooth communication and coordination between departments and vendors.
โ€ข Work onsite as needed to troubleshoot issues and ensure system adoption.
โ€ข Provide hands-on guidance during testing, training, and go-live phases.
โ€ข Address and resolve technical or process-related roadblocks promptly.
โ€ข Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and resolve system defects.
โ€ข Develop training materials and conduct end-user training sessions.
โ€ข Ensure a seamless transition from legacy systems, minimizing disruptions.
โ€ข Lead the full lifecycle of the Accela Business License Implementation project.
โ€ข Coordinate with internal and external teams for configuration, integration, and deployment.
โ€ข Ensure system customization, migration, and training are successfully completed.
โ€ข Deliver a fully functional, compliant, and user-friendly business licensing system.
โ€ข Provide post-implementation support to resolve issues and improve processes
โ€ข Gather, oversee business licensing requirements from stakeholders.
โ€ข Assist, develop and implement customized workflows, scripts, and user roles in Accela.
โ€ข Assist with deploying the module in a production environment with minimal disruption.
โ€ข Monitor performance, address post-launch issues, and ensure adoption.
Qualifications:
Required:
โ€ข A minimum of eight (8) years in the Information Technology Field
โ€ข 4-6 years of Accela Civic Platform experience
โ€ข Minimum of 2 years Business License experience
โ€ข Bachelor's Degree or equivalent
โ€ข Experience working onsite with government agencies
โ€ข Four (4) years' experience managing software application implementations projects in large-scale systems, especially cloud-based technologies
โ€ข Hands-on experience developing both technical and user-friendly communications
Preferred:
โ€ข Strong analytical problem-solving abilities with a proactive, resourceful, and innovative approach.
โ€ข Demonstrated ability to work as a collaborative and positive team player in a fast-paced environment.
โ€ข Excellent organizational, documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
โ€ข Ability to effectively communicate with software providers, vendors, and internal stakeholders at all levels.
โ€ข Proven multi-tasking skills, with the ability to work under pressure, manage high volumes, and meet tight deadlines.
โ€ข Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English, with fluency in both oral and written formats.
โ€ข Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or similar workflow management tools.
โ€ข Experience with Microsoft Office Products, including Microsoft Project
โ€ข Must be able to pass a stringent criminal background check (process may take up to six weeks).
