Call Center Specialist:


As a Call Center Specialist, you will work in an environment with great culture, strong core values, positivity and teamwork. With a strong, positive leadership team, this position offers fantastic growth opportunities for a person willing to work hard and learn the business. You will have extensive training and education to develop your full potential.

Responsibilities:

  • Must have great phone skills and great customer service experience.
  • Works directly with patients on the phone to schedule appointments and answer any questions.
  • Must be dependable, motivated, ethical, and innovative and open minded.
  • Organizational skills are a must!
  • Maintain confidentiality with respect to all aspects of your role and the company.
  • At minimum must be familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, the more computer skills the better.
  • Must be punctual and have excellent time-management skills.
  • Strong sense of ownership for all assignments.

We offer a generous base salary plus a performance-based incentive package.

Average Salary Range: $28,000-$42,000; commensurate on experience.
