2nd Shift Housekeeper
Hilton Madison Monona Terrace | A Marcus Hotels & Resorts Property
Schedule: Full-Time | Evening Availability Required | Weekend Availability Required
Salary Estimate: $18.00/hour

Help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for every guest-even after hours-in the heart of Madison.
Located just steps from the Capitol and minutes from UW-Madison, Hilton Madison Monona Terrace is a vibrant hub for art, culture, and community. We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented 2nd Shift Housekeeper to maintain the hotel's public areas and back-of-house spaces to the highest standards of cleanliness and care.
What You'll Do
  • Clean and sanitize public spaces including lobbies, restrooms, hallways, and elevators
  • Vacuum carpets, mop hard floors, dust surfaces, and polish fixtures throughout the property
  • Empty trash receptacles and ensure recycling procedures are followed
  • Restock supplies in public and employee areas as needed
  • Maintain and secure cleaning equipment at the end of each shift
  • Respond promptly to cleaning or maintenance requests from hotel staff or guests
  • Report safety hazards, maintenance issues, or security concerns to your supervisor or manager on duty
  • Follow all safety, key control, and uniform standards
  • Support deep cleaning projects and special overnight assignments as directed
