Sandpoint Hotel & Suites – Sandpoint, ID
Job Overview:
Sandpoint Hotel & Suites is seeking a motivated and dependable Renovation Tech to assist with ongoing hotel renovations, room remodels, and property improvement projects. This position involves hands-on construction work including flooring, tile, painting, drywall, finish carpentry, fixture installation, and general maintenance.
We are looking for someone who takes pride in quality workmanship, works efficiently, and can help us continue upgrading and modernizing our property.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with hotel guest room renovations and remodeling projects.
  • Install flooring, trim, vanities, fixtures, and hardware.
  • Perform drywall repair, painting, and basic carpentry.
  • Assist with tile installation and bathroom remodels.
  • Help maintain clean and organized work areas.
  • Operate hand and power tools safely.
  • Assist with demolition and construction preparation.
  • Complete general maintenance tasks throughout the property.
  • Work independently and as part of a team.
  • Follow safety procedures and maintain professional conduct on-site.

Qualifications:
  • Construction or remodeling experience preferred.
  • Experience with basic hand and power tools required.
  • Knowledge of flooring, painting, drywall, tile, or finish work is a plus.
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work on your feet throughout the day.
