We are seeking a Training Manager to lead and elevate our organization-wide training strategy. This role is ideal for someone passionate about workforce development, compliance, and creating meaningful learning experiences that directly impact client care.

What Youll Do

As our Training Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how our staff learn, grow, and deliver exceptional services.

Workforce Growth & Quality

  • Identify training needs and performance gaps across the organization
  • Evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs
  • Support staff competency and professional development at all levels

Program Leadership

  • Manage training schedules, tracking, and completion requirements
  • Collaborate training systems and tools (including LMS platforms like Trainual)
  • Research and implement innovative training methods

Collaboration

  • Work closely with leadership, HR, and operations to align training with organizational goals
  • Serve as a go-to resource for training and development across the organization

What Were Looking For

  • Bachelors degree in Education, Human Resources, Behavioral Health, or related field preferred
  • 35 years of experience program management
  • Experience in healthcare or behavioral health strongly preferred
  • Knowledge of CARF standards and Medicaid requirements is a plus
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills (both in-person and virtual)
  • Experience with e-learning and LMS platforms (Trainual preferred)
  • Highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable
