Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist | Columbus, Ohio, United States Job Summary: Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist - Columbus, OH (Remote within 50 miles) About the Role Indotronix is seeking a highly skilled Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist for a 12+ month assignment supporting our direct client in Columbus, OH. As a trusted partner in corporate talent acquisition, you will drive the full recruitment lifecycle for professional and management roles, leveraging innovative sourcing strategies to attract top-tier talent. This remote role offers flexibility with the requirement to reside within 50 miles of a client facility, providing autonomy and the chance to make a significant impact on organizational growth. Responsibilities - Lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and management positions, including engineers and project managers - Collaborate with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to define staffing needs and deliver tailored recruitment strategies - Source candidates using both traditional and creative channels, such as job fairs, networking events, and online platforms - Conduct resume screenings, interviews (phone/in-person), assessments, and reference/background checks - Recommend candidates for hire, manage offer negotiations, and ensure seamless onboarding and orientation - Serve as a subject matter expert and resource for junior Talent Acquisition team members - Ensure compliance with federal/state laws, affirmative action plans, and company policies throughout the hiring process - Maintain candidate records within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and manage application retention - Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to achieve staffing goals - Initiate and support process improvements for effective and compliant recruiting operations Required Skills and Experience - Bachelor's degree in human resource management or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted - Minimum 5 years of corporate recruitment experience for professional and management-level exempt positions - 3+ years hands-on experience with ATS and internet recruiting tools - Strong verbal and written communication skills - Demonstrated business acumen and relationship management expertise - Ability to work independently and provide guidance to less experienced team members - Valid driver's license - Must reside within 50 miles of a client facility in the Columbus, OH area Preferred Skills - Experience with onboarding processes and orientation programs - Knowledge of compliance and affirmative action planning - Membership in relevant trade or professional organizations Benefits - Remote work flexibility within the client's regional footprint - Opportunity for career growth in a dynamic, inclusive, and supportive environment - Recognition as part of a leading, award-winning staffing firm - Commitment to diversity, veteran inclusion, and equal opportunity - Be part of a culture that values innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement How to Apply Embrace your potential and join Indotronix in breaking barriers!
