As we continue to grow, we are looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead recruiting efforts for our corporate and professional teams.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and relationship-driven Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage full-cycle recruiting for office and professional positions across the organization including Sales, Engineering, Human Resources, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Security, Safety, IT, Quality, Training, and Leadership roles. This position partners closely with department leaders and executives to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and ensure a seamless, professional candidate experience from first contact through onboarding. This role is ideal for an experienced recruiter who excels at consultative partnerships with hiring managers, sourcing for specialized and leadership roles, and helping shape a strong employer brand in the professional talent market.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Pipeline Development
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies for professional, technical, and leadership roles across Sales, Engineering, HR, Finance/Accounting, Supply Chain, Operations, Security, Safety, IT, Quality, Training, and Leadership.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, professional associations, industry groups, and online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, ATS databases).
  • Partner with colleges, universities, and professional/industry organizations to build pipelines for entry-level and experienced professional talent.
  • Stay current on labor market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor hiring practices for office and professional roles.
Recruitment & Hiring
  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for office and professional positions, including job posting development, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, assessments, reference checks, and offer negotiation.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers and department leaders across all functions to understand staffing needs, role requirements, and team dynamics.
  • Lead recruiting efforts for senior-level, specialized, and leadership roles, applying a higher level of discretion, confidentiality, and consultative guidance.
  • Guide hiring managers through interview best practices, structured interviewing, and selection decisions.
  • Ensure timely, professional communication and a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Operations & Administration
  • Manage requisitions, candidate records, and recruiting workflows within the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, employment laws, and EEO/affirmative action requirements throughout the recruiting process.
  • Partner with HR and onboarding teams to ensure a smooth transition from offer to first day, including coordination of onboarding events and orientation for new professional hires.
  • Assist with special HR projects, workforce planning initiatives, and organizational staffing strategy as needed.

Qualifications:
  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a focus on professional, technical, or corporate roles (manufacturing or industrial industry experience a strong plus).
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting across multiple functional areas (e.g., Sales, Engineering, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Safety, IT, Quality, Training, or Leadership).
  • Strong consultative skills with the ability to build trusted relationships with hiring managers and executives.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS); Workday or other HRIS platforms and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter preferred.
  • Knowledge of employment laws, EEO compliance, and recruiting best practices.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
