Compensation: $90,000-$100,000 per year

SBM's Talent Acquisition team is growing-We're seeking brand representatives and strategic recruiting partners to hire for corporate and operations leaders across the U.S.

This role will partner closely with Senior Corporate and Operations leadership to build partnerships, preemptively address hiring needs through pipeline development and champion a business understanding of complex and multi-operational client portfolios.

What You'll Do

  • Partner directly with Hiring Managers on recruiting needs and evolving team needs.

  • Own the Corporate/Operations recruiting strategy of the assigned portfolios/industries.

  • Provide updates on pipeline health and candidate communication.

  • Mentor and coach management on recruiting strategies and interview best practices.

  • Creatively source, network and advertise for roles through multiple channels for active and passive hiring.

Job Overview

The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for the recruitment and job placement activities of organization by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.

Roles & Responsibilities

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other duties may be assigned.

  • Prepare and analyze statistical reports and other data to monitor applicant flow, selection, and turnover for compliance with legal regulations and with organization goals and policies

  • Coach and counsel managers on matters related to candidate attraction and identification, selection, onboarding, compensation, and general management practices consistent with personnel policies and applicable employment laws.

  • Work in partnership with senior leaders to develop, implement and execute targeted sourcing and screening strategies.

  • Develop job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position's requirements

  • Determine internet online recruiting strategies for attracting and recruiting candidates

  • You will use relevant metrics for ongoing measurement to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment, selection, and placement

  • Recruit and interview candidates for high level open positions and develop a network of passive candidates for future opportunities

  • Provide status updates and reports to give visibility of performance to the TA team and hiring managers on a weekly basis

  • Assist with mentoring/coaching other team members as needed

  • Other tasks as assigned

  • Travel to support recruiting events as needed
