Senior Technical Project/Program Manager - Healthcare
Charlotte. NC (Remote)

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Senior Technical Project/Program Manager Associate to support the planning, execution, and delivery of our complex technical initiatives. In this role, you will work closely with senior program managers, engineering teams, and product owners to track project timelines, manage documentation, and remove blockers. The ideal candidate possesses a foundational understanding of software development lifecycles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for organizing technical workflows in a fast-paced environment.

Job Duties

  • Serve as technical coordination point for projects and initiatives of high complexity and may lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Accountable for ensuring that deliverables from business and technology partners are produced and approved according to multiple project schedules.
  • Accountable for managing allocated resources from multiple delivery partners while working within approved hours and scope.
  • Mentors and provides feedback to team members to create a highly functioning team in a heavily matrixed environment.

Hiring Requirements

  • 5 years TPA, PBM, claims, enrollment, or benefits administration experience
  • 5 years' experience leading system implementations or business transformation programs
  • 5 years' experience leading governance forums, steering committees, or executive reporting
  • 3 years' experience leading large-scale, complex programs with multiple concurrent workstreams
  • 3 years' experience leading high-visibility initiatives with significant executive exposure
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
  • 5 years of experience in related field.
  • In lieu of degree, 3+ years of experience in related field
