Facility Coordinator (Reception & Administrative Support)
Location: Westerville, OH
Duration: 6-Month Contract with Potential to Extend
Pay Rate: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

PTS Advance is seeking a professional and organized Workplace Coordinator to support daily operations at a corporate office environment. This individual will play a key role in creating a welcoming experience for employees and visitors while helping ensure the workplace runs efficiently. The position blends front desk responsibilities, office coordination, vendor interaction, and administrative support for leadership teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Office Reception
  • Serve as the first point of contact for employees, guests, and external partners visiting the office.
  • Greet visitors and assist with check-in procedures, visitor badges, and general inquiries.
  • Answer and route incoming phone calls and respond to emails as appropriate.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, packages, and deliveries.
Workplace & Facilities Support
  • Submit and monitor maintenance requests and facility service tickets.
  • Coordinate access for service providers, contractors, and vendors performing onsite work.
