Classen View Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Veterinary Receptionist-Client Service Representative to join our team.


At Classen View Veterinary Clinic, we believe the first impression starts the moment someone walks through our doors or calls our office. We are looking for a warm, compassionate, gregarious, and dependable receptionist who genuinely enjoys helping both people and their pets.


This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast paced environment, remains calm under pressure, and can provide exceptional customer service even during emotional or stressful situations.

We are looking to add a member to our clinic family that wants to grow in the veterinary profession and we will work with you to help you achieve this goal. Classen View is looking for a someone with previous customer care experience. Veterinary experience is a plus but we will train a qualified candidate with no previous veterinary experience. We are looking to add a part time individual to our team who is responsible, compassionate, honest, hard working and loves working in a fun environment. This position is perfect for anyone who wants to continue growing in the veterinary field, looking for a long term career, and enjoys building a relationship with clients, patients and our well established team and doctors.

We have 2 different part time roles that we would like to fill: The hours/days required for this position is as follows:

Option #1 :

Monday 7:45-6 pm with lunch break

Wednesday 7:45 am- 6 pm with lunch break

Friday 7:45 am- 6 pm with lunch break

Option # 2

Tuesday 7:45 am- 6pm with lunch break

Thursday 7:45 am- 6 pm with lunch break

Friday 2pm - 6 pm


4 holiday shifts (2 hours) annually to assist caring for our boarding pets.
