PAR Electrical Contractors, LLC is seeking a Proposal Coordinator to join the Estimating Team. You will play a key role in supporting the development of high-quality, competitive proposals for large-scale electrical contracting projects. You will collaborate with estimators, project managers, and business development professionals to ensure proposals are accurate, timely, and aligned with client requirements. • Coordinate the full lifecycle of proposal preparation, from initial request for proposal (RFP) review through final submission.
• Develop proposal deliverables task lists, track deadlines, and ensure all deliverables meet client requirements and company standards.
• Collaborate with estimators to compile cost and scope data into proposal documents.
• Gather, organize, and format technical and non-technical content, including resumes, safety information, and company qualifications.
• Edit and proofread proposals for accuracy, consistency, and professionalism.
• Maintain a library of standard proposal content, templates, and project descriptions.
• Assist with presentations, client questionnaires, and other business development materials as needed.
• Ensure all submissions comply with corporate branding, safety, and quality standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of experience in proposal coordination, marketing, estimating support, or similar role in the construction or engineering industry.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sharp attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Acrobat; experience with proposal software a plus.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across departments while working independently when needed.
• Familiarity with construction or electrical contracting terminology and processes preferred.
