Executive Director of Operations and Operational Efficiency Department Operations Building/Location Main Campus Maxwell, Executive Center Supervisor Vice President of Finance Months Per Year 12 Hours Per Week 40 Classification Level Executive Director Salary Range FLSA Status Exempt Supervises Director of Grounds; Director of Maintenance; Director of Custodial and Director of Transportation. POSITION SUMMARY The Executive Director of Operations oversees the following areas: Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance and Transportation. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (Any one position may not include all of the listed duties, nor do all of the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in positions within this classification) Supervise all campus building projects Administer all campus furniture purchases Supervise all campus office move/space planning Supervise all campus cleaning Manage campus grounds Supervise campus repairs Communicate with the Director of Finance on all department activities and pro-actively setting up projects for the department Works with community leaders representing OCU Supports other departments as needed/available.

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS According to Ohio Christian University employment policy, all employees must possess a strong Christian commitment and adhere to the standards outlined in the OCU Community Lifestyle Statement . Education, Training and Experience: Bachelors degree preferred. Several years of experience in supervision of employees.

Shows strong leadership. Working knowledge of: Budget management. Trades to include, Hvac, electrical, plumbing, lighting, grounds, custodial Skill and Ability to: prevent, predict, correct and react to multiple issues pertaining to maintenance and custodial issues.

Have strong leadership and relationship skills.
