Job description

**100% IN OFFICE**
Who We Are:
We are a full-service commercial real estate firm serving Austin, San Antonio, Dallas, and Houston with 30 years of experience developing, managing, and investing in commercial real estate. This 360-degree perspective gives us the expertise to maximize investment value while navigating through any real estate challenge. Backed by the best staff in the industry, our mission is to build trusting relationships with our clients through proven results, professional integrity, and exceptional service.
We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to lead a company-wide effort to raise operational capability and efficiency. This is an internal operations and IT transformation role - not a construction or development PM. The mission is to standardize and automate the manual, repetitive workflows that slow our teams down, and to upskill our people so those gains stick.
The right person is a disciplined operator with high business and emotional intelligence: someone who can understand various internal department processes, hold projects to schedule and budget, drive measurable productivity gains, and bring skeptical stakeholders along rather than steamroll them. Early wins will come from process automation; next, this role will help the organization adopt modern software and AI tooling where it creates real value. Finally, any additional general IT experience and knowledge is a plus.
This position is based on-site so the PM can work shoulder-to-shoulder with the teams whose processes they are improving.
What You'll Do
  • Map or support the mapping of current-state workflows across functions (leasing, property management, asset management, accounting/finance, marketing) and identify the highest-value opportunities for automation and efficiency.
  • Build and manage a prioritized roadmap of process-improvement projects with clear scope, owners, milestones, and success metrics.
  • Lead projects end to end - kickoff through adoption - holding firmly to timelines, goals, and budgets while keeping stakeholders informed. This will include Ownership of comprehensive company platforms including users, security, process utilization, reporting, enhancements, etc.
  • Prioritize and eliminate manual, repetitive work by redesigning processes and implementing automation (workflow tools, integrations, templates, RPA-style solutions).
  • Design and deliver upskilling: training, documentation, playbooks, and change-management support so teams confidently use new processes and tools.
  • Define and track time saved, error reduction, cycle time, throughput, adoption rate and report progress to leadership.
  • Partner with department heads and frontline staff to understand pain points, build trust, and secure buy-in for change.
  • Evaluate, pilot and utilize software and AI tools that extend efficiency gains, support internal departments with related efficiency projects, develop the internal capability to adopt them responsibly.
  • Ensure that all projects keep data privacy, security and process integrity.

Requirements
  • 3+ years of project management experience with a demonstrated record of delivering process-improvement or operational-efficiency initiatives on time and on budget.
  • Strong core PM fundamentals: scoping, planning, scheduling, risk management, stakeholder communication, and reporting.
  • Demonstrated success automating manual workflows and producing measurable productivity gains.
  • Strong Business Acumen - basic understanding of business, operations processes, real estate a plus
  • High emotional intelligence - proven ability to read a room, navigate resistance to change, influence without authority, and bring cross-functional stakeholders along.
  • General IT knowledge and skills is a plus
  • Highly organized, self-directed, and accountable; consistently meets deadlines and drives goals to completion.
  • Experience designing and delivering training or change-management programs.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Able to work on-site in Austin - this role is not remote.
  • Scripting languages- preferably python
  • Github knowledge
  • Basic Entra ID knowledge
  • Basic cybersecurity best practices

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in commercial real estate, property management, or a related asset-intensive industry.
  • Familiarity with workflow/automation platforms (e.g., Power Automate, Zapier, Make) and core business systems (CRM, ERP, property-management software such as Yardi).
  • Exposure to AI and software-enablement tooling with a clear point of view on where it adds value versus hype; especially Claude, Claude Cowork, Claude Code.
  • Comfort with light data analysis (Excel / SQL / BI dashboards) to quantify impact.
