Job description

Overview
Lead end-to-end deployment projects for complex technical systems, ensuring smooth execution from planning through customer handoff. This role partners closely with customers, engineering, and internal teams to deliver successful deployments in fast-paced environments.
What You’ll Do
• Lead full lifecycle deployment projects from kickoff to post-launch support
• Define scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables
• Partner directly with customers to ensure a seamless deployment experience
• Align cross-functional teams including engineering and operations
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and key decisions
• Proactively remove roadblocks to keep projects on track
• Maintain project tools, documentation, and reporting
• Run status meetings and provide stakeholder updates
• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) initiatives
• Execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) processes
• Drive post-deployment transition to long-term support teams
• Identify process gaps and implement scalable improvements
• Ensure successful deployment of robotic systems at customer sites

What You Bring
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field
• 4+ years of program or project management experience in technical environments
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Experience with tools like Airtable, Asana, Jira, or similar
• Ability to work in matrixed or cross-functional organizations
• Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Knowledge of project management and agile methodologies
• Experience deploying complex systems (robotics or hardware preferred)
• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial environments
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed
