Job Title:Associate Director, Graduate Programs AdmissionsDepartment:Fisher College | Graduate Programs Administration

Are you passionate about student success and eager to be part of a collaborative team? The Graduate Programs Office at Fisher College of Business is dedicated to supporting prospective students, current students, and alumni as they become the next generation of leaders. As the Associate Director, you will work alongside the Senior Director of Admissions to oversee admissions, enrollment management, and scholarship-related programming and activities.

This dynamic role includes managing admissions efforts for multiple graduate programs, coordinating on-campus and virtual events with the Senior Director while reviewing applications, conducting interviews, and engaging with prospective and admitted students. Collaborate with faculty, staff, and administration to address admissions concerns, ensure class goals are met, and support scholarship awards and fellowship nominations. Supervise two direct reports, mentor staff, and involve student leaders in the admissions process. Represent the program at external organizations, manage the Alumni Ambassador Program, and train MBA alumni as interviewers. Monitor admissions data, oversee application processing, and support initiatives to enhance yield and enrollment success.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 5 years experience working in higher education, recruitment, admissions sales, or a related area, including experience managing professional staff. Have a proven track record in relationship-building roles, a background in higher education, and an understanding of adult learners' needs. Strong teamwork skills, the ability to perform under pressure, and proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) tools are essential. Candidates must also possess excellent interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills, along with the ability to manage and direct the work of others. Strong written and verbal communication skills, self-motivation, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and adaptability in a dynamic environment are also necessary.

Desired Qualifications

Master's degree an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience working at The Ohio State University. Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM systems) and student information systems (SIS) is also desirable.
