Chiropractic Assistant

 Job Qualifications

Focuses on patient priorities with a kind and caring attitude to ensure quality care.

Starts notes.

Responsible for intake of new patients.

Takes patient vitals.

Answers pages/messages.

Assists patients with exercises.

Maintains stocking bays.

Maintain and clean equipment regularly.

Answers patient inquiries in an appropriate manner and complies with patient’s needs at alltimes.

Instructs patients regarding information needed when they leave the office, to include use ofbraces or crutches, home exercise programs.

Complete Rehab administrative duties such as checking alerts, update ABN forms, checkingvoicemail.

Assit with case managing Motor Vehicle Accidents.

Sceduling New and follow up visits.

Other duties may be assigned.

Experience, Skills, Certifications

CPR certified (must be obtained within 30 days from hire date), required

CA certification Program (must be obtained within 90 days of hire date)

Happy and Friendly Disposition, required

Bilingual English and Spanish, preferred

1 year of experience in healthcare or chiropractic environment working with customers/patients, preferred

Proficiency is using Microsoft word, Excel and an electronic medical record system, preferred

Flexibility to assist different clinic locations
