What R. Brooks is happy to provide our Technicians:

• Up to $40.00+ per hour dependent on experience with overtime available as needed.
• Up to a $10,000 sign on bonus depending on skill and experience.

Job Description:

• Diagnose, repair, maintain and install residential and commercial air conditioning, heat pump, oil & gas heating systems.
• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial refrigeration systems.
• Provide outstanding customer service that holds true to our reputation for honesty and integrity.
• Explain to customers the diagnosis of their system and the recommended repairs that are in the customers’ best interest.
• Discuss various options with clients for their essential systems and help them determine which option is best for their situation.
• Complete paperwork according to company protocol.

Job Skills & Qualifications

Required:

• Certification from an HVAC program at a technical school
• Current driver’s license and a clean driving record
• Required state licensing for HVAC technicians.
• EPA Certification to handle refrigerants.
• Ability to undergo and pass a background check.
• Personal hand tools to properly preform the job.
• Willingness to work on call and overtime as required (We are committed to constantly improving our employees work life balance)
• Ability to effectively and clearly communicate technical information.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50+ lbs. regularly.
• Follow safety protocol to maintain a safe work environment.
• A willingness to continue learning and perfecting your craft.
• A good attitude and willingness to be part of a team environment.

Preferred:

• HVAC Journeyman’s or Master’s license
• Refrigeration or industrial cooling and heating experience
• Manufacturer training and certifications
• Familiarity with a digital dispatch and invoicing software
• On site equipment sales experience
