Your Role on this Team:
The video integration technician will assist in the daily integration duties for the component builds and completion of video replay systems for a wide range of clients in the sports industry. Responsibilities will include creating component systems in addition to loading software for in field installation of equipment and performing any needed testing or troubleshooting prior to shipping and then again in the field. You will perform service and support on the video systems as needed including remotely and possibly interfacing with clients. Production will maintain our high standards of service and product by verifying all tasks are completed correctly and in a timely manner adhering to deadlines. Role will help to create, track and manage documentation processes for system builds and support.

What you bring to the game?

• 2+ years of directly related experience in performing electronic, video, audio and/or component installations.
• Associates degree in electronics, computer hardware/technology or equivalent experience.
• Self-motivated with an ability to work independently.
• Possess a high level of independent judgment within established procedures
• Ability to create strong relationships with co-workers and communicate effectively.
• Demonstrate a tremendous work ethic while maintaining a positive and upbeat attitude.
• Ability to maintain a high level of activity to produce results in a team environment.
• A proven commitment to safety measures and practices.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Strong willingness to learn and seize the opportunity.
• Work on AV racks a plus.
• Proficient in Google Suite especially Docs and Sheets a plus.
• Knowledge of ERP workflow a plus.
• CTS Certification viewed as a plus but not required.
• Be able to solder proficiently viewed as a plus.
• Software experience and understanding a plus.
• Open to travel when/if needed.
