ARE YOU THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR OUR TEAM NEEDS?

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous maintenance experience
• A willingness to strive for excellence
• HVAC certification is required

WHAT VITAL ASSISTANCE DO YOU PROVIDE?

This position typically works Monday - Friday, with some Saturdays on a rotating basis. Occasionally, after-hours emergency calls may be required.

Whether it's ensuring that the HVAC system is humming along smoothly or keeping all the maintenance equipment in perfect working order, you tackle every task with enthusiasm and a can-do attitude. You're not just a leader, you're a go-getter, a problem-solver, and a hands-on technician all rolled into one. You're a pro at coordinating maintenance requests and turning over residences quickly and efficiently. You keep a keen eye on supplies and tools, making sure everything is organized and ready to go. And let's not forget about the paperwork – you're a whiz at keeping records and staying in touch with the corporate office, vendors, and contractors. You take immense satisfaction in exceeding both company and resident expectations day in and day out!
