Inventory and Processing Assistant

Job Description: 

As an inventory assistant you will play a key role in receiving, reviewing, and processing incoming orders for our shipstore locations. This position will be centrally located at our downtown Charleston corporate office at Seabreeze Marina. You will work directly with our Purchasing Manager, and Store Managers to oversee our warehouse space and inventory levels. An important part of this role will be the delivery of products to our shipstore locations to ensure they get distributed in a timely manner. Additional responsibilities within this position include, but aren’t limited to, processing new orders, assisting with purchasing, and design and merchandising displays within the store. 

Responsibilities:

• Receiving bulk shipments
• Processing Shipments
• Inventory Inputs
• Inventory Distribution
• Merchandising 
• Analyzing Sales
• Ad Hoc tasks as assigned

Qualifications: 

• Previous retail experience preferred but not required
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule 
• Strong attention to detail
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Must have reliable transportation
• Excellent time management
