What you will be doing

Be knowledgeable of all marina activities and amenities.

Be personable with marina guests & residents.

Assist in guest arrival, tying dock lines, and connecting customer electric and water to marina facilities.

Occasionally answer phone calls from customers regarding reservations & pricing after training.

Accept customer payments through QuickBooks after training.

Maintain cleanliness of marina office, docks, walkways, bath houses, pool area/furniture, and parking lots.

Ensure the property is free of debris and trash.

Assist pool operator with pool deep cleans when needed.

Consult with Marina Manager for daily duties/scheduling.

Be able to make recommendations for restaurants, shopping, etc. when asked by guests.
