Our client, a leading commercial equipment distributor, is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive sales across the state of Colorado and southern Wyoming. This role requires a proactive, results-oriented individual with a knack for building lasting relationships and seizing lucrative business opportunities. As an integral part of the sales team, you'll spearhead the expansion of our client's strong market footprint across the state, targeting key sectors such as municipalities, schools, developers, and landscape architects, amongst others. The role involves a high level of face-to-face meetings, preconstruction bid walks, and building relationships throughout the 6 to 24-month sales cycle. You will receive support from an inside account manager and a designer to facilitate the sales process, emphasizing building long-term relationships and navigating longer sales cycles. This is a lucrative and exciting opportunity to expand the market presence of a stable, long-established company looking to double its revenue over the next five years.

• Conduct prospecting and client meetings
• Identify and qualify potential clients, understanding their parking needs, and

• Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers

• Conduct demos and presentations to pitch solutions effectively
• Manage the sales process from prospect to contract

• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
• Stay updated with industry trends, competitors, and market changes
REMOTE Outside Sales Representative (1st Year On-Target Earnings $100,000+) Qualifications
• Outside B2B sales experience in construction, utilities, or environmental services required
• Proven track record in prospecting, generating leads, and closing sales required
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools required
• Experience with longer sales cycles and relationship-based selling required
• Willingness to travel throughout CO and southern WY required
