Responsibilities:
- Provide general office support, including administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, answering phone calls, and data entry.
- Assist the accounting department with basic accounting procedures.
- Perform scanning and posting duties.
- Handle heavy data entry tasks.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: At least 1 year of office or basic accounting experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and computer-savvy.
- Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Organization: Excellent organizational abilities.
$17-$18 per hour – Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
