Office equipment distributor in Cerritos, CA is currently hiring for an Office Clerk to start immediately. This is a long term, contract to hire opportunity with an established company, submit your resume today for immediate consideration! 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide general office support, including administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, answering phone calls, and data entry.
  • Assist the accounting department with basic accounting procedures.
  • Perform scanning and posting duties.
  • Handle heavy data entry tasks.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of office or basic accounting experience.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in MS Excel and computer-savvy.
  • Communication: Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Organization: Excellent organizational abilities.

$17-$18 per hour – Mon-Fri, 8:30am to 5:30pm
