Responsibilities

•Perform electrical repairs in community areas, including lights and laundry
•Ensure mechanical equipment is in working order and fixed as necessary
•Complete general building cleaning and maintenance
•Install and replace floors, stairs and piping as needed
•Repair and paint doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs and other parts of the building
•Maintain trash and recycling receptacles around the facility
•Maintain and repair air conditioning and heating systems as required
•Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks, etc.)
•Undertake light installation or carpentry
•Repair equipment or appliances
•Conduct repair work and installation of doors, windows, drywall, cabinets, stairs, and other fixtures as required
•Compliance with local building codes, and health and safety regulations
•Perform general maintenance and repairs on residential and commercial properties
•Install fixtures, appliances, and equipment as needed
•Maintain a clean and organized work area

Qualifications
