West Coast Construction Consulting firm (CA, AZ, NV) seeks an experienced Construction Estimator to work out of the San Diego office. Firm provides a variety of services including building envelope consulting, fenestration, roofing /waterproofing analysis, forensic/failure cause and origin and expert witness services for construction defect and insurance liability claims. The firm consists of Architects, Contractors, Engineers and Cost Estimators. The candidate will perform quantity take-offs, review plans an specifications, research costs, and build/populate spreadsheets. Candidate should have experience working with Excel and RS Means. Excellent communication and technical writing skills required. Must have a min. of 5 years construction estimation experience. Minimal travel may be required.
