Job Description
Looking for a Product Manufacturing Engineer. This position is located in Fulton, Illinois.
Required Skills:
- 3+ years of experience in Manufacturing/Process Engineering
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering
- Experience in customer facing roles
- Experience with designing of new products/enhancing existing products
- Project management experience
Additional Skills:
- Understanding of SAP or other ERP systems
- SolidWorks
- Experience with steel
Job Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the design of new product applications by applying current and innovative engineering principles.
- Engage in engineering projects requiring analysis and problem-solving to meet customer requirements.
- Develop and implement new engineering standards, technologies, and innovative applications.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives aimed at minimizing manufacturing costs and enhancing efficiency.
- Generate manufacturing routings, bills of materials, and other essential system data within SAP.
- Deliver presentations to customer groups and distributors on chain fundamentals.
- Assist department in any additional duties as assigned.
- Travel to customers and assist them in problem solving on a malfunctioning product.
