Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled hair stylist who is interested in operating as an independent contractor within our salon. The ideal candidate should possess a solid client base and be willing to rent a station full-time. Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional hair styling and finishing services to clients, meeting their individual needs and preferences.

Collaborate with salon team members to uphold our commitment to excellent customer service and teamwork.

Fulfill financial obligations by paying monthly rent for station usage within the salon.
Stay updated on industry trends and techniques, continuously improving skills to deliver cutting-edge services.

Requirements:

Excellent interpersonal skills to communicate in a professional and courteous manner with clients and colleagues.
Strong time management skills, good judgment, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced salon environment.
Demonstrated artistic talent and creativity in hair styling and finishing techniques.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience working as a hairstylist, with a portfolio showcasing proficiency in various hair styling techniques.
Current and valid California cosmetology license.
