Behind The Chair & Leadership Responsibilities:
  • Deliver full-service hair care, including expert cutting, styling, color, chemical services, and perms.
  • Manage client flow, ensuring appointments and walk-ins receive timely, high-quality care.
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry and cosmetology trends.
  • Maintain pristine personal station and assist with overall salon cleanliness.
  • Assist with front desk operations, including client check-ins, payment processing, and opening/closing procedures.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative salon culture.
  • Support daily operations, including inventory control, retail merchandising, and schedule preparation.
  • Address customer inquiries/concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and motivate fellow stylists to achieve their personal and salon goals.
  • Weekend work required.

Requirements:
  • Active Nevada Cosmetology License (REQUIRED).
  • Minimum of 3 years experience as a full-service stylist with proven mastery of expert cutting, styling, advanced color, chemical services, and perms.
  • Strong communication and team-building skills.
  • Proficient with salon POS systems, cash handling, administrative tasks, and social media posting.
  • Understanding of retail sales strategies and inventory management.
