Accounting Associate

Titan Services is looking for an exceptional team player to fill the entry level position of Accounting Associate at our Grapevine headquarters. You will be responsible for reviewing shipments for accuracy, paying vendors, invoicing customers and resolving discrepancies you find. Responsibilities

• Maintain customer & vendor information in our operating system.
• Investigate piece count/weight discrepancies between quotes and pricing.
• Contact vendors to request documents.
• Generate invoices to customers for payment.
• Ensure invoices are sent with all required support documentation.
• Process credit card payments.
• Ensure vendor invoices are accurate.
• Pay vendors according to terms.
• Email customers with past due invoices.

Helpful Skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
• Knowledge of Adobe software.
• Accounting experience or accounting/finance college classes taken.
