Position Overview: We are looking for a professional and friendly bilingual receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Spanish, possess excellent communication skills, and have a warm and welcoming demeanor. As the face of our company, the bilingual receptionist will play a crucial role in creating a positive and memorable experience for all who interact with our organization.

Bilingual Receptionist Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner
• Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate person or department
• Respond to inquiries and provide information about our products/services
• Manage incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and faxes
• Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed
• Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable

Bilingual Receptionist Requirements:

• Fluency in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times
• A positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow with the company
