Inside Sales Coordinator

Primary

Handles all quotes and orders under $4,000, including closing, upselling and managing the deal through the CRM pipeline

Keeps entire sales pipelines updated, which includes working with entire sales channel regularly to update three companies’ worth of data

Tracks and assigns new leads to sales representatives and logs them within the CRM pipeline

Secondary

Distributes marketing leads and creates deal information in CRM

Collaborates with marketing department on product promotions

Required skills/experience:

• At least three (3) years of experience in an account management, sales operations, or related role
• At least three (3) years working within a small company
• In-person/hybrid for Centennial, CO or full remote for out of state
• Active listener
• Motivated self-starter
• Likes to learn and grow
• Comfortable sitting for long periods in front of computer
• Ability to work as part of a team and independently
• Intermediate written English communication skills
• Excellent problem solver
• Smooth at switching tasks repeatedly throughout the day
• Natural conversationalist on phone
• Comfortable using Windows computers
• Alpha typing speed at least 45 words per minute
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite of products
• Eager to join a fast-paced team with deadlines and data
• Must have reliable Internet connection (will be verified)
• Must be comfortable using laptop

Optional skills/experience:

• At least five (5) years working within a small company
• Intermediate/expert PC user
• Working knowledge of Google Workspace products
• Working knowledge of HubSpot and Odoo Sales
• Expert writing skills
• Typing speed above 55 words per minute
• Likes to make to-do lists
• Lifelong learner
