Inventory Manager

We are seeking an individual with meticulous attention to detail and a knack for organizing items to join us as an Inventory Manager in Pompano Beach, FL. This role entails overseeing and actively participating in the restoration process for client content, offering both guidance and operational support. Key responsibilities include leading pack-out operations, and overseeing tasks related to content relocation, cleaning, deodorizing, manipulation, and storage. You will utilize specialized equipment and cleaning supplies in this position.

$20 - $25 hourly + bonuses

• Lead and supervise inventory management, packing, cleaning, vaulting, wrapping, staging, and packing of contents
• Implement precise digital tracking of customer items, ensuring meticulous wrapping, boxing, and storage procedures, while evaluating item reusability
• Provide professional cleaning and restoration services for customer belongings, surpassing expectations and showing special care for valuable objects through thorough cleaning and treatment
• Deliver exceptional service, emphasizing respect for customers and their possessions during challenging situations
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and insurers, reporting to General Managers, overseeing the safety program, and training new employees
• Perform dry and wet mitigation/pre-cleaning following approved protocols, handle contents at client locations, and load and unload contents onto trucks accurately
• Conduct daily inspections for vehicle safety and maintenance, keeping vehicles clean and operational

• Previous experience in industries like construction, restoration, moving, or insurance is preferred
• Proficient in strategically planning and overseeing multiple projects
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Capable of problem-solving and multitasking in a fast-paced setting
• Experience as a Packer/Mover is beneficial
• Knowledge of furniture and soft goods cleaning is advantageous
• Positive attitude and adaptability are key qualities
• Proficiency in using a smartphone and tablet, with preference for iCat
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Thorough understanding of customer service principles
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is required
