HVAC Foreman

Our team continues to grow, and we are adding a HVAC Foreman to the team. The HVAC Foreman plays a key part in overseeing the daily operations of piping projects, from planning to execution. They manage different teams to delegate tasks, manage the client expectations of the project, and ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements for this role include:

• 5 years of experience as a HVAC Piping Foreman in commercial hvac construction, including design, construction, budgeting, and management.
• Experience with different types of piping, including refrigerant piping, split systems, air handlers, etc.
• OSHA 10 certification
• Experience overseeing job site personnel, including journeyman and apprentices.
• Familiarity with mechanical drawings and commercial construction projects
• Foundational understanding of building systems
• Able to understand and manage job deadlines
• Technical School, Trade School, or Apprenticeship Program Certifications are a plus.

This position will work at various sites as needed in the DMV area.
